Welcome to Cavorio. These terms of service apply to use of our online store and purchases made through Cavorio.
By visiting or using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, refund policy and shipping policy.
1. About Cavorio
Cavorio is an online store for style-focused products with a refined look. For questions about the store, orders, returns or these terms, contact contact@cavorio.nl.
2. Use of our store
You may use our store only for lawful purposes. You may not use it in a way that can harm Cavorio, other users, our systems or our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, such as name, email, billing address, delivery address and payment details.
3. Product information
We do our best to show product information, images, prices and availability carefully. Colours, dimensions and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, product updates or production differences. Obvious errors in prices, information or availability may be corrected.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you receive an email confirmation. An order is final only after it has been accepted by us and payment has been processed successfully. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of incorrect details, payment issues, suspected fraud, stock issues or clear errors.
5. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, taxes or other costs are shown before checkout is completed. Payments are processed through the methods available at checkout.
6. Shipping and delivery
We process orders carefully. Information about shipping, delivery times and shipping costs is provided in our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays outside our control may occur.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our refund policy. We use a 30-day return policy unless legally permitted exceptions apply. Returns must be requested in advance through contact@cavorio.nl.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union have at least 14 days of statutory withdrawal period for online purchases from the day the item is received. Our 30-day return policy does not limit your statutory rights.
9. Complaints
If you have a complaint about a product, order or our service, contact contact@cavorio.nl. We try to handle complaints as quickly and carefully as possible.
10. Accounts and customer data
If you create an account or enter information in our store, you are responsible for keeping it correct and up to date. Personal data is processed according to our privacy policy.
11. Intellectual property
All content on our store, including text, images, logos, design, product presentation and brand expressions, belongs to Cavorio or is used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, modify or commercially use store content without prior written permission.
12. External services and links
Our store may use external services such as Shopify, payment providers, shipping partners, fulfilment partners and other apps or tools. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services unless the law says otherwise.
13. Liability
We work to keep our store safe, current and functioning, but cannot guarantee that it is always error-free, uninterrupted or fully up to date. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, data loss or damage caused by temporary unavailability.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as outages, transport issues, supplier problems, strikes, government measures, natural disasters or other force majeure events.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on our store. For important changes, we may provide additional information when legally required.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
