Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. This refund policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled at Cavorio.

1. Return period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order, unless a legal exception applies. This 30-day period does not limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

2. How to request a return

Contact us at contact@cavorio.nl before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the return. We will respond with the next steps.

3. Return condition

Returned items must be unused, clean, complete and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging. Items may be inspected before a refund is approved.

4. Exceptions

Some items may not be eligible for return where the law allows an exception, for example sealed hygiene-sensitive items after opening, personalised items or items damaged by use beyond normal inspection.

5. Return shipping

Return shipping instructions and any applicable costs are confirmed when your return request is approved. Do not send a return without prior confirmation.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on your payment provider.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at contact@cavorio.nl with photos and your order number, so we can review the issue.
